Gallery 7
Gallery Wall 7 consists of four frames which can be framed in the timber of your choice. Depending on your preferred spacing in between the frames you can expect a total layout of approximately 1486 x 1290mm
Please note that the layout can be ordered with or without the art displayed, if you choose to select the frames only option we will include everything you’d need to insert your own art, please refer to our step by step instructions on inserting your own art here
Included in your gallery wall is:
- A1 x 1 frame
- A2 x 2 frames
- A3 x 1 frame
- Craft paper for installation
If you’d like to print your own art we recommend printing in the below recommended sizes which is one size smaller than the frames included. Please note when we for eg. refer to an A2 size frame then it means that the glass that slides into the frame is A2 in size.
Printing Guide:
- 1x A2 prints
- 2x A3 prints
- 1x A4 prints
If you’re unsure which timber to choose please refer to our guide here
Step by steps on how to install your gallery wall:
We understand it can be a bit daunting to tackle a gallery wall but with our easy step by step guide it doesn’t need to be.
- Step 1 – Find a flat surface big enough for your gallery wall layout, an open space on your floor works perfectly.
- Step 2 – Remove all frames from their boxes, be careful not to tip them upside down to avoid the glass from sliding out. If you like you can carefully remove all the glass from the frames so that they’re easier to handle and just slide them back in just before you hang them.
- Step 3 – Lay down the craft paper which was included in your order and arrange your frames according to the gallery layout you purchased flat onto the paper. Be sure to measure that they’re centred & level. You can decide how much space you’d like to allow in between the frames but +-5-10cm works beautifully.
- Step 4 – With a marker/pencil draw the outlines of the frames and mark where the sawtooth hooks attach to the back of the frame as this will give you an indication where to drill your holes.
- Step 5 – Put your frames safely aside and take masking tape to stick the craft paper securely to the wall where you’ll be hanging your beautiful gallery wall. Please ensure you’re happy with the height & check that it’s centred where you’d like to hang them.
- Step 6 – Next, drill holes through the craft paper where your markings are for the hooks of the frames. Once all holes has been drilled you can tear the craft paper away and you’ll be left with screws in the right places ready & waiting to support your beautiful frames.
- Step 7 – Last but not least hang your beauties, stand back & enjoy the view!
